I didn't know about Jesus in my teenage years, I like so many others were on a balance beam walking steadily across. Knowing that life could have been jerked right from under my feet and many times it should have in my case, but it was God's grace and good humor that he kept that from happening! Every time I think about my younger years without Jesus, I just cringe in fear and in reverence of God Almighty that he could have let me destroy myself anytime he wanted to!

The Lord's bootcamp is tougher than any military camp I ever trained in! The Lord Jesus is our Captain of our Faith! We obey his orders by following his two prized commandments, which are, "Love your God with all your heart and with all your strength and love your neighbor as yourselves!
But Jesus, who came from heaven, taught us we can breakout of this construct that satan built and be free and liberated children of the most high God. It is easy for the sinner to come to Jesus and repent of their sins once they realize they are lost. The hard part just begins when, the Lord Jesus begins trimming us and molding us into his perfect image!
This is certainly not an overnight miracle it could be if it is his will like it was with the Apostle Paul! The Lord knows this, because he uses what he has already created to rebuild us into a faith tower of power! God knows us better than any of us! He knows while we are living in a limited "Physical" realm, we would have to be "strong" and "Patient", strength comes from our endurance to hold on to something which is "good" for us individual needs!
Our spiritual endurance's builds up our earthly bodies, without such an internal endurance from the spirit, our physical bodies will eventually come crashing down! The Lord gives to every man or woman born into this world their own spirit. So when we become weak physically, we then tap through our prayers to Jesus's to get our spiritual body to energize our physical body while on earth!

"Do you really think God would save anything like you"! Some fall for this conscious thought because demons are incredibly more cunning then the wisest of all men on earth! This "Helmet" will allow you to withstand these voices in your head!
. BreastPlate of Righteousness: We all know in Jesus's day the Roman guards wore breast plates of metal to protect them from being speared in their vital organs. The Lord said, you have to put this breastplate on as soon as possible because satan and his demons will always go after your vital spiritual organs!
The righteousness breast plate is "Jesus's" righteous covering! By wearing this piece of equipment everyday, you will be confident in this lifetime that you will walk in the way of Jesus! It's a fact, even with our full amour of God on, we sometimes lose the battle set before us but Jesus will pick us up! Yet through Jesus Christ the "war" has already been one for us!
. Loins girded with Truth: We need something to hold up our bridges in our earthly clothing like a belt, even so in the spirit we need to hold up our combat clothing. The "truth" is the "word" of God! This will secure us in holding up our "righteousness" and holding our sword next to our spiritual body.
. Shield of Faith: This spiritual "shield" will quench or put out "all" the fiery darts of the wicked. Without this shield it is impossible to please God! No combatant in the Roman days would go to war without some kind of shield to protect 3/4 of there upper body! Jesus knows the same goes in the spiritual world, you need this shield to protect your spiritual body all the way up to your physical bodies. Anything that happens to the spiritual body will eventually manifest to your physical bodies.
. Sword of the Spirit: What Roman combatant would go to war without a weapon! In their days, the "Sword" was the weapon of choice and some of them were extremely heavy and long and some where short in size but they done the job!
Jesus knew in the spiritual realm that spirits can be injured badly if one uses a spiritual weapon of choice. Jesus chose for us the "Sword of the Spirit! It's not made of metal it is constructed living "Word" of God"! It has a double blade to cut going in and to cut coming out. Essentially a two edge sword!
. Feet shed with the "Gospel of Peace": Any combatant in Rome had to have there feet covered to protect them from getting cut, while hiking or walking on shard stones and glass or metals laying around and scorpions. Jesus said, I want you to put on your feet the "Saving Gospel of Peace"! Blessed are the feet who spread the Gospel of the love of God from place to place!
Everything in the "Word" of God must be taken into your spiritual heart where Jesus our Lord sits on his throne. All this must be in "faith" believing! Otherwise you can't please God!
There you have it, your's and ours, full protection in the spiritual realm; our duty uniforms of the day! You are in the army of Christ! If your not, you should be! Now is the time! You and I may not have a "tomorrow"! There will be people going head on into hell, way before the "seven year tribulation"!
You need this spiritual equipment when you pray for others because do you for one minute believe when you are praying for someone that you will not be attacked before, during and after such a prayer? If so, you kidding yourselves!

Believe me, I have this battle even til this day! satan will always want to have you believe, your not good enough to be saved or how can anyone be saved just by accepting a man's name you never knew!
Abraham knew his body was aged as so with his wife Sarah yet God promised to make him a mighty nation by giving unto him a son! Even Sarah laughed to herself me at 90 years old and God spoke, is there anything impossible for God!

It doesn't take any "work" physical or spiritual to be saved, it only takes a child like faith, a faith of a child that would believe with all innocents something is told to them. This is the kind of faith Jesus is looking for from all of us!

Once you ask him into your hearts by faith, he Jesus will keep his promise of salvation to you and seal within your hearts his Holy Spirit! You couldn't save yourself, how can you keep your salvation going? You can't! Only Jesus can!
There is coming a day a glorious one that will transcend all time and space as we know it to be! "The Caught Up" as the apostle Paul tells us about this mystery or as some know it from the Latin Vulgate called the "Rapture" of his Church!
I don't know any of you on the other side of this keyboard, but I would love to get to know of you all, when we meet in the sky or leave this planet through natural death while going to heaven! It would be a wonderful reunion.
Personally I am not sure how I would take everything in, heaven, seeing Jesus, going to the Fathers throne etc. We will have a whole eternity to take it all in and it's my suspicion that even in that small amount of time, we will still need more time to know our Mysterious God and our Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
You know how when we were children, if we found a best friend it was the greatest feeling. When my wife and I arrive in heaven, we will be meeting many whom we never met in our lives, and we will automatically and supernaturally know each other and it will be nothing like it is here on earth.
Time is "Short" as for each individual; we have no idea how short it would be for you and I on a day to day basis! Because we all have an appointment with God one day in our lives!
